Asylum seekers have been accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman on a Brighton beach after she departed a seaside nightclub, having tracked her from another popular venue, a court was told.

CCTV captured the woman appearing unsteady on her feet as she exited a seafront club shortly after 5am.

Minutes afterwards, Karin Al-Danasurt recorded Ibrahim Alshafe and Abdulla Ahmadi engaging in sexual activity with her near a beach hut, Hove Crown Court was informed.

The woman informed jurors that after departing the venue, her next recollection was regaining consciousness on the beach with the men assaulting her.

The jury viewed three video recordings made by Karin Al-Danasurt showing the other two men having sexual relations with her.

Ibrahim Alshafe and Abdulla Ahmadi maintain they did not pull the woman onto the beach and told officers the sexual encounter was by mutual agreement.

The 33-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, described those who attacked her as wicked individuals who destroyed her existence.

The jury was presented with CCTV footage from two Brighton establishments.

Footage from another Brighton venue demonstrated the woman had been in the company of the men earlier that evening.

CCTV revealed she first came across two of the men at the Revolution bar.

She could be observed with them as she departed the popular late-night venue after 3am on October 4 last year.

Security cameras verified Mr Alshafe and Mr Ahmadi proceeded from the Revolution bar to the Horizon nightclub following the woman and her companion’s departure.

Jurors have previously heard she did not recall seeing them until arriving at Horizon.

CCTV footage from within the seafront club showed two of the men conversing with other unidentified women.

Mr Alshafe was filmed performing on a podium within the club.

The woman told officers she was assaulted after departing Horizon.

She became aware on the beach that the men were assaulting her, jurors were informed.

Sussex Police stated the woman was attacked at the lower esplanade in the early hours of Saturday, October 4 last year.

Two Egyptians and an Iranian Kurdish man deny pulling the 33-year-old onto the stone beach before subjecting her to a dreadful ordeal.

Egyptians Karin Al-Danasurt, 20, and Ibrahim Alshafe, 25, were residing in a Home Office-managed migrant hotel in Sussex when the woman was attacked.

Iranian Kurd Abdulla Ahmadi, 25, provided an address in Crewe.

All three deny sexual assault and Karin Al-Danasurt denies distributing video recordings.

The case at Lewes Crown Court in Hove is ongoing.
