Morning commuters on the A27 are facing reduced lanes following a collision between a car and a motorbike on the A277 Brighton Road at the Ashcombe Roundabout, specifically on the roundabout itself.
Journey times have grown by around six minutes on the westbound section of the A27 between the Charleston Farmhouse exit and Beddingham Roundabout, with vehicles travelling at approximately 20 mph. The backlog is starting to disperse.
Road workers have now reopened the carriageway and conditions have returned to normal flow.
This brings our live updates for this incident to a close.
