A Brighton-based Italian eatery is introducing a fresh programme of evenings honouring some of Italy’s most celebrated culinary and viticultural areas.

Tutto is set to begin its Taste of sequence on Wednesday, April 22, with an evening focused on Puglia.

The southern region, distinguished for its powerful flavours, traditional fare and outstanding vintages, will take centre stage in an informal communal dining atmosphere.

The gathering seeks to unite approximately 100 patrons to enjoy cuisine, conversation and wine together.

Diners can expect eight dishes originating from Puglia on the menu, encompassing raw seafood, the characteristic ear-shaped pasta and lamb prepared for spring.

A plant-based selection will likewise be on offer.

Joe Wadham and Angelo Cotugno will welcome attendees, with Cotugno serving as the worldwide representative for the San Marzano winery based in Italy.

The pair will lead visitors through the region’s gastronomic and vinous offerings throughout the occasion.

An array of San Marzano vintages will accompany the meal.

Admission costs £65 per head, inclusive of the complete menu and matched wines.

Through Taste of, Tutto intends to provide an experience beyond mere eating, paying tribute to Italian heritage, hospitality and enjoyment.
