A pair of 17-year-old boys sustained knife wounds in a passage between Hampton Way and Kent Road in Littlehampton after two hooded men approached them around 10pm on March 26, according to Sussex Police.
The victims are receiving medical care for their wounds.
Both suspects were clad entirely in black and wore dark balaclavas. One measured roughly 5ft 6in tall while the other stood approximately 6ft 2in.
Detective Inspector Lee Simmonds stated that inquiries were underway following the assault, which resulted in hospitalisation for the two young males. He explained that officers were conducting immediate local investigations to establish the circumstances and identify those responsible. The detective noted that items were recovered from the location and were undergoing forensic analysis as part of the probe.
