Popular seaside railway makes comeback with kids’ adventure quest

Published on

The popular Eastbourne railway attraction is back in operation with a fresh interactive experience for its youngest travelers.

The Dotto Train has resumed service along the seaside track, offering a new onboard activity specifically designed for child passengers.

Each carriage now features a treasure chest containing rewards as part of an engagement activity aimed at keeping young ones entertained throughout the ride.

Participants receive a map dotted with questions, with the correct responses helping them piece together a access code.

Once decoded, this sequence can be presented to Dotto staff members to open the treasure chest.

This enhancement to the well-known tourist attraction seeks to promote attentiveness and involvement while traveling.

The Dotto Train continues along its traditional seaside path, pausing at the pier, harbor area, and the western section of the waterfront promenade.

Riders maintain the freedom to board and exit at multiple points throughout the day as usual.

Although the locomotive itself remains unchanged, the addition of the treasure map and prize chest gives children a fresh reason to stay involved during the entire trip.

Those who successfully finish the activity receive a modest prize waiting for them at the conclusion of their ride.

Further information about the Dotto Train can be found on Stagecoach’s website.
