A housebuilding company has helped a junior football club get fresh equipment.
Taylor Wimpey South Thames contributed £400 to Link Football Coaching, enabling the under-14s side to purchase new uniforms. The squad practises every week at Hellingly Rugby Club, where additional squads operate at under-7, under-9, under-10, under-14 and under-15 levels, plus a general session for youngsters between ages three and 15.
Fraser Logan, the club’s head coach, stated the organisation was extremely thankful for the company’s backing. He noted that such alliances stretch well beyond merely outitting a squad. They represent a direct contribution to the development of these young players, and the club is pleased to bear the Taylor Wimpey name on their kit.
Taylor Wimpey is presently erecting properties at the Swingate Park site in Hellingly, where a Link FC shirt has been positioned in the sales cabin.
Leon McGinty, acting sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Thames, commented that the firm was pleased to offer the sponsorship and appreciated the club providing the chance to assist its under-14s side. He said he looked forward to hearing how things progress and extended best wishes to all squads for their coming matches.
