A fresh platform has emerged with an unconventional strategy for supporting people navigating professional changes.
Waddyado, which launched this week, functions as a psychology-based service designed to help those experiencing unemployment, work-related fatigue or doubts about their current roles.
The company, based in Brighton, offers a more custom, structured route through career shifts, prioritising personal insight before tackling practical elements.
Claudia Gasson, who created Waddyado, explained: she had met all expectations, surpassed her sales goals, built her own recruitment company from nothing and compiled a CV that looked strong on paper. Then career exhaustion hit and she did not know where to turn.
Conventional career advice typically jumps straight into practical steps, but when someone feels unclear or uncertain about which path to take, those actions can feel overwhelming.
Waddyado is currently accepting new members via its website at www.waddyado.com.
Unlike typical services that begin with CVs and job applications right away, Waddyado starts with an artificial intelligence career assessment and meetings with certified career coaches.
Members then receive access to CV feedback, interview coaching and a community of others in similar situations.
The programme serves anyone thinking about changing their career direction, whether because of losing a job, experiencing burnout or simply wanting a new challenge.
