Community fun day to support hospice in loved one’s memory

Published on

A fundraising family fun day will be held to honour a beloved family member.

The event will take place at St Richard’s Church and Community Centre, Hove, on August 15, 2026, to pay tribute to Victoria Capon, and will also raise money for St Barnabas Hospice in Worthing.

Ms Capon, who died in 2022, was cared for by the Worthing hospice.

One of the organisers, Alice Irelan-Hill, said: “We are organising this event not only as a tribute to her memory but as a fundraiser for St Barnabas Hospice in Worthing, an organization that provides vital care and support to the local community.”
