A newly renovated commercial property in Brighton has been secured by an electronics retailer following a city centre transaction.
Plugin Boutique Limited has taken occupation of three upper floors at a Vine Street address following negotiations conducted by Flude Property Consultants.
The firm’s Nick Martin and Ed Deslandes represented the building owner in the arrangement.
The premises span roughly 2,390 square feet across three levels in the North Laine quarter of the seaside city.
Recent improvement works have transformed the accommodation to meet contemporary business standards in one of Brighton’s most sought-after commercial locations.
Deslandes, an associate director with the agency, noted that the transaction was completed within weeks of the previous occupant’s departure, a result achieved despite a lengthy stretch of reduced market activity and disappointing absorption rates across the local office sector.
The surrounding district features independent retailers, eateries and nightlife venues, with Brighton’s main railway station accessible within a short walk.
Flude operates as a consultancy staffed by chartered surveyors, maintaining operational bases in Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth.
The firm handles instructions spanning commercial lettings and disposals, development schemes, investment advice, asset management, lease negotiations and professional valuations.
Established more than 25 years ago, the business has maintained a presence throughout the property market along England’s South Coast.
