The A27 at Falmer is experiencing significant delays this morning because of construction work for a new Greggs drive through at a local petrol station.

A single lane is blocked on the A27 eastbound between B2123 The Drove (Falmer/Rottingdean Junction) and A277 Brighton Road (Ashcombe Roundabout).

How long are the delays?

Currently, there are significant delays of 14 minutes.
