Nancy Hope Duckels, aged 36 and residing in Buckingham Place, Brighton, entered a guilty plea for possessing a motor vehicle without valid insurance cover on April 22, 2025. She was ordered to pay £206 comprising a financial penalty, associated costs and an additional surcharge.
Christopher Laing, 51, from Greens Lane in London, admitted to travelling at speed above the 30mph restriction while operating a Renault along the A22 Eastbourne Road in Halland on June 5, 2025. The total amount he must settle stands at £254, covering the same categories of financial imposition.
Nigel Nichols, aged 78 and living in Exeter Close, Crawley, was issued with a Stalking Protection Order lasting two years. The order prevents him from accessing Crawley Hospital except where a prior appointment has been scheduled. Officers from the police service are permitted to attend his registered home address between 8am and 8pm to carry out risk assessments, inspect electronic devices and ensure adherence to the order conditions.
Louisa Ellwood, 20, from St Andrews Close in Hailsham, was convicted in her absence of neglecting to provide driver identification details regarding a BMW on May 26, 2025 in Shoreham. She was directed to pay £1,044 in total financial penalties and received a six-month driving disqualification.
Stanev Kostanov, 30, residing at Cavendish Place in Eastbourne, received an identical conviction for failing to disclose driver details relating to a Kia alleged to have been involved in an offence on May 15, 2025 at Shoreham. His financial penalty totalled £1,044 and he was banned from driving for six months.
Akash Kumar, 40, of Broomcroft Avenue in Northolt, faced the same charge of withholding information regarding a Mercedes driver implicated in an offence on April 24, 2025 in Shoreham. Found guilty in his absence, he must pay £1,044 and will not be permitted to drive for half a year.
Kerstin Shields, 56, from Holmes Avenue in Hove, was ordered to pay £1,044 for operating an Audi at 36mph along Old Shoreham Road in Hove at 12.52pm on March 19, 2025. Six penalty points were added to their driving licence.
Constantin Stoicescu, 27, from Burns Road in Pound Hill, Crawley, was found guilty under the Single Justice Procedure for travelling at 36mph in a Ford along the A22 High Street in Nutley at 11.07am on March 9, 2025. He received financial penalties amounting to £1,044 and a six-month driving ban.
Maskas Pursuskas, 44, with no fixed place of residence, became subject to a 28-day domestic violence protection order commencing April 10, 2026. The order prohibits any use or threatened use of force against the relevant person, any conduct causing harassment, alarm or distress, and any direct or indirect communication, with the sole exception of arranging child contact through Children’s Services.
Lucy Barlow, 28, from Longshore Drive in Adur, admitted to exceeding speed limits while driving a Land Rover along the A283 Pulborough Road in Storrington on May 27, 2025. She was required to pay £191 in total financial impositions and had three penalty points recorded on her driving record.
