A town centre establishment in Eastbourne is marking a significant transformation after completing extensive renovation works.
The Duke of Devonshire on Terminus Road has received a contemporary makeover that has completely updated its appearance.
The revamp encompasses a modernised bar counter, supplementary television displays and renewed lounge areas crafted to establish an airy and inviting environment for patrons.
General manager Ozzie Orhan commented that the venue holds an important position within Eastbourne’s evening entertainment scene, and the team is pleased to have undertaken this much-required update while anticipating the opportunity to reveal the changes to visitors. He added that the establishment looks forward to maintaining the high standards of atmosphere and hospitality for which it has become recognised.
The recently renovated venue now provides guests with additional options for unwinding, whether gathering socially over beverages, dining, or viewing live sporting events.
Operating from 10am until 11.30pm daily, the venue offers traditional fare including fish and chips featuring hand-battered coating in Irish Magners cider, bangers and mash, and steak and Guinness pie.
The Duke of Devonshire additionally provides an Irish-themed drinks selection, comprising a Baby Guinness, Old Bush Mills Irish Whisky, and the traditional pint of Guinness.
Patrons can benefit from the weekday dining promotion, presenting a main meal alongside a beverage starting from just £8.50 between noon and 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Diners paying an additional pound can swap a non-alcoholic drink for an alcoholic alternative.
Further promotions include two cocktails priced at £14, available throughout the day from Sunday to Thursday, alongside a happy hour running from 4pm until 8pm on Mondays through Fridays.
The venue is fully equipped for sports enthusiasts, with TNT Sports and Sky Sports now supplemented by the recently introduced Sky Sports Plus+ channels.
