A technical professional based in Sussex has secured a prize providing £10,000 in monthly payments throughout the next twelve months.

The fortunate individual, a man in his fifties residing in Pevensey, claimed the National Lottery Set for Life award after correctly selecting five primary numbers during the draw conducted on June 25.

The prize winner had commenced participation in the Set for Life game merely four weeks prior to his remarkable success, acquiring his ticket through a Lucky Dip selection.

The Pevensey resident described his experience as extraordinary, amazing, and completely overwhelming.

He noted that the realisation of his win had not yet fully taken hold.

The timing of his victory, occurring so soon after beginning to participate in the game, struck him as almost unbelievable.

His immediate intentions include purchasing gifts for his partner and arranging a holiday, while also establishing savings from the windfall.

Liz Styles, serving as a winners’ advisor at Allwyn, the company responsible for managing the National Lottery, extended congratulations to the Pevensey prize recipient.
