Foodies Festival is returning to the city with its mix of live cooking, top chefs and music headliners.
Taking place at Preston Park in Brighton from May 2 to 4, the event will showcase the city’s culinary talent through live demos, tastings and entertainment for all ages.
Among the headline guests is Ewan Waller, the 24-year-old of Maré, who will help launch the festival and cook live on stage for the first time, giving audiences a behind-the-scenes look at his award-winning creations.
Mr Waller said: “It’s an exciting time for Brighton’s food scene and I’m really looking forward to cooking live at Foodies Festival.
“It’s a great opportunity to share what we do in a way that’s accessible, and to connect with people who love food as much as I do.”
Joining him is 2025 MasterChef winner Harry Maguire, appearing in Brighton for the very first time and showcasing one of his standout dishes from the competition.
He will be joined by fellow MasterChef 2025 finalist Sophie Sugrue, along with former champions Dhruv Baker and Tom Rhodes, and MasterChef: The Professionals winner Alex Webb.
