An art exhibition featuring the work of 65 local artists was held recently.
The Bright On Open Call Exhibition took place at the Fishing Quarter Gallery on Brighton seafront, showcasing a variety of styles and perspectives.
Curated by local seascape painter Emma Christopherson, the exhibition depicted everything from seascapes and seafront landmarks to portraits of locals and South Downs landscapes.
The exhibition was arranged as a visual tour of Brighton, starting from the sea, through the city and into the countryside.
It provided a platform for both emerging and established artists, with many participants selling their work for the first time.

The exhibition attracted many visitors, who had the opportunity to meet the artists.
This is the second year Emma Christopherson has organised the exhibition, and she plans to do so again next year.
