A new collaboration between food brands Heinz and Greggs has introduced a Brinner initiative, offering breakfast items as an evening meal option.
The limited-time promotion will operate at two Greggs outlets in Brighton – the North Street and Queens Road branches.
Bacon, sausage and omelette breakfast rolls will be available between 4pm and 7pm on October 14 and 15.
Each item comes with a choice of Heinz Tomato Ketchup or HP Sauce.
Tom Franklin, UK and Ireland Away From Home Director at Heinz UK, explained that Brighton residents have a fondness for breakfast foods and noted Heinz’s importance to that meal.
He mentioned that as mornings have become busier, the company was delighted to partner with Greggs to make the breakfast menu available during dinner hours.
He observed that there is no reason why someone should not enjoy a bacon roll with tomato ketchup at 6pm.
Zoe Harris, Customer Director at Greggs, noted that numerous customers have attempted to order breakfast items after the normal morning service ends.
She explained that when Heinz proposed the Brinner concept, it presented an ideal opportunity to fulfill customer demand.
