Michail Bitsakakis, 28, of Vere Road, Brighton, was made subject to an order for the forfeiture of seized cash under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. The court granted the application and ordered the forfeiture of £1,246.31, including any interest secured on that money.
George Dancy, 26, of High Street, Steyning, must pay £140 in a fine and surcharge after admitting speeding on the A270 Lewes Road, Brighton, at 11.57am on June 2, 2025. He was recorded driving a Ford at 36mph in a 30mph limit, and had his licence endorsed with three penalty points.
Christopher Lowdell, 46, of Osprey Drive, Chichester, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order for 28 days after consenting to the application. The order, made on March 17, 2026, bans him from using or threatening violence, causing harassment, alarm or distress, or contacting the protected person directly or indirectly. Elzbieta Kaczmarek, 43, of Muirfield Close, Worthing, must pay £180 in a fine and surcharge after pleading guilty to speeding on The Boulevard, Worthing, on May 28, 2025. Kaczmarek was driving a Mercedes and exceeding the 30mph limit, and was given three penalty points. Kaczmarek also must pay £100 in a fine after admitting speeding on the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn, on April 11, 2025. Kaczmarek was driving a Mercedes on a road subject to a 40mph limit and was given three penalty points.

The order bans him from using or threatening violence, causing harassment, alarm or distress, or contacting the protected person directly or indirectly. The order remains in force until 11.59pm on April 9, 2026.
Verity Stroud, 43, of Poplar Close, Hangleton, Hove, admitted breaching a community order made by failing to attend a planned office induction appointment on December 18, 2025, and failing to maintain contact with probation since December 18, 2025. The court ordered the community order to continue and varied it so Stroud must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to five days by the original end date of December 10, 2026.
Dale Benjamin Searle, 37, of no fixed abode, was jailed for 14 days after admitting failing without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. The breach involved failing to maintain contact since December 19, 2025, failing to attend office appointments on February 3 and February 10, 2026.
