West Sussex firm launches digital water safety platform for property managers

Published on

A digital solution has been introduced to modernise water safety compliance management across various sectors.

Assurity Consulting, headquartered in West Sussex, has unveiled Assurity Plus 2.0, a comprehensive digital water management system developed to eliminate conventional paper-based documentation and replace it with an integrated technological approach.

The system targets professionals overseeing property and facilities operations, offering enhancements to regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and hazard management while simultaneously decreasing administrative burden and associated expenses.

Keith Vigar, the managing director at the consultancy, explained that the software launch marked a significant change in how organisations approach water safety obligations.

He noted that the sector had long depended on manual, paper-driven methods that restricted oversight and delayed operational responses.

By transitioning to digital infrastructure, the company aimed to deliver improved safety results alongside more efficient client operations, providing stakeholders with increased assurance regarding their information accuracy and compliance standing.

He characterised the development as an ambitious, progressive offering that responded to shifting demands within the property industry while demonstrating the company’s dedication to pioneering solutions.

The platform incorporates automated notifications, enhanced data precision, remote inspection functionality and sophisticated analytical tools.

These features enable users to recognise patterns within their water systems and maintain adherence to applicable regulations.
