Premium Bond holder in Sussex collects £1 million prize after October 2026 draw A single Premium Bond holder in Sussex has collected a £1 million prize following the October 2026 prize draw conducted by National Savings and Investments.

The two monthly £1 million prizes were awarded to bondholders in East Sussex and Somerset respectively.

East Sussex produced 339 winning entries across all prize tiers.

The successful bond number for the million-pound prize was 331QY484133.

The county also generated one £50,000 winner and six recipients of £25,000.

Across the wider Sussex region, total prize allocations reached £3,219,000.

West Sussex contributed 552 winners to the county total.

The highest prize in that area was £100,000, claimed by one bondholder.

Six additional winners received £50,000 each.

The complete distribution of prizes for East Sussex comprised one prize of £1 million, one prize of £50,000, six prizes of £25,000, 14 prizes of £10,000, 23 prizes of £5,000, and 294 prizes of £1,000.

In West Sussex, the prize breakdown consisted of one prize of £100,000, six prizes of £50,000, five prizes of £25,000, 25 prizes of £10,000, 45 prizes of £5,000, and 470 prizes of £1,000.

The monthly draw operates using ERNIE, the Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment, which employs quantum technology based on light to generate random numbers.

Each bond number, regardless of whether it contains eight, nine, ten, or eleven digits, carries an equivalent probability of securing a prize.

The system completes the random selection process in approximately 20 minutes.
