Several Brighton establishments are currently promoting midday and early-evening dining packages at attractive price points this autumn.

Burger and Lobster presents a surf-and-turf focused selection at its Market Street location.

Diners may select two courses for £20 or three courses for £25 through its autumn promotion, operational seven days a week between noon and 6pm.

The starter selection encompasses battered calamari accompanied by spring onion, citrus and spicy Singapore-style mayonnaise, alongside beef carpaccio featuring lobster mayonnaise, matchstick potato strips and fresh chives.

Additional opening courses include charred asparagus presented with baby gem lettuce and herbaceous green goddess dressing, alongside creamy stracciatella cheese paired with peppery radish slices.

Main course options feature the establishment’s signature surf-and-turf combination, incorporating a Wagyu beef pressed patty alongside crispy prawn, lemongrass and citrus hot sauce, Japanese-style mayonnaise, salad leaves, pickled vegetables and house-cut fries.

Alternative principal plates comprise a prawn Caesar salad and a plant-based Beyond Meat burger variant.

Patrons selecting three courses may conclude with vanilla-scented burnt cream accompanied by twice-baked almond biscuits, or a duo of premium ice cream scoops.

A supplementary charge of £5 applies for those opting instead for steak served with house fries and a compound butter infused with aromatic herbs, crushed garlic and citrus notes.

Cecconi’s, situated within Brighton Beach House on Marine Parade, provides an Italian-themed midday option priced at £20 for two courses or £25 for three courses.

This arrangement operates Monday through Friday from midday until 3pm.

Preliminary selections include deep-fried calamari with lemon-flavoured aioli, saffron-tinted arancini stuffed with fontina cheese, or robust meatball preparations simmered in tomato and aromatic basil.

Principal plates feature the Milanese tradition of flattened chicken escalopes finished with garlic butter, peppery rocket and aged Parmesan, alongside penne pasta tossed in fiery tomato sauce with capers and olives.

Those seeking pescatarian fare may choose battered monkfish with hand-cut chips, mushy garden peas and classic tartare accompaniment.

Sweet conclusions encompass layered espresso-soaked dessert, silken set custard or traditional sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce.

The Crazy Goose, positioned on Boyce’s Street within The Lanes district, caters to time-pressed visitors through its Express Lunch Menu, operational Monday to Friday from noon until 5pm.

The establishment guarantees completion of service within 45 minutes of notification upon seating.

The menu centres on charcoal-rotisserie chicken preparations complemented by bold Middle Eastern influences.

Quarter rotisserie chicken portions arrive with hand-cut chips, blistered green chilli and creamy garlic accompaniment at £12.

Wrapped rotisserie chicken with fresh tomato, salad leaves, pickles and Peruvian-style Aji Verde costs £11, while a lighter chicken salad featuring crispy chickpea crunch and mango-mustard aioli is priced at £10.

Plant-based guests may select herb-laden falafel wrapped with cooling mint yoghurt at £9, or a falafel bowl dressed with verdant green goddess sauce at £8.

Supplementary items priced approximately £5 each encompass Middle Eastern bread salad with tomato, crushed fried potato with harissa and garlic condiments, charred tenderstem broccoli dressed with tahini and sesame, and seasoned chip-style potatoes.

Hotel du Vin on Ship Street has introduced a seasonal fixed-price offering at £24.95 for two courses or £29.95 for three courses.

This arrangement is accessible Monday through Sunday during lunch service between noon and 2.30pm, and early evening service from 5pm until 7pm, though Sunday midday dining remains excluded.

Opening courses number three selections: pan-fried wild fungi with Madeira wine reduction and toasted sourdough, smooth chicken liver parfait accompanied by sweet raisin chutney and buttered brioche, or oak-smoked salmon presented with treacle-infused soda bread and creamy fromage blanc.

Principal options feature corn-fed poultry sliced and served alongside wild mushrooms, charred leek strips and velvety chicken velouté, or alternatively white fish fillet partnered with spiced cauliflower preparation, pomegranate seeds, golden sultanas, pickled red onion and fresh lime.

A plant-based alternative showcases caramelised pumpkin layered with spinach encased in shortcrust pastry, accompanied by celeriac mash and herb jus.

Sweet conclusions encompass torched vanilla custard, dark chocolate preparation with whipped cream, or an artisan cheese selection available for an additional £2.95.

Beverages including house wine by the glass or bottled beer may be added for a supplementary £3.50.
