The gathering unfolded in Gosport, located in Hampshire, on the evening of Sunday October 4, in connection with a small vessel crossing.
Authorities apprehended a thirty-six-year-old resident of Bognor Regis on allegations of committing an assault against an officer of the law, disregarding a direction related to a prohibited gathering, and violating conditions attached to a dispersal order.
He was granted conditional release while investigations continue.
Roughly three hundred and fifty individuals assembled at the protest location on Haslar Road, after officials from coastguard, RNLI, and border force agencies brought migrants onto dry land.
