Three hospitality venues have outlined their yuletide programmes for guests seeking festive celebrations, overnight accommodation and seasonal breaks this December.

Tylney Hall, a Victorian country house dating from 1680 and listed at Grade II, is hosting a three-night residential gathering commencing on December 24.

The schedule features fireside sharing boards, mixed drinks and light bites accompanied by a community vocal ensemble, a formal evening meal with a pianist providing live accompaniment, and a broadcast of the Midnight Communion service from Westminster Abbey.

Christmas Day encompasses morning sustenance, a visit from the guest character in red, a family-style midday platter with piano performance and a seasonal photographic trail throughout the estate.

The afternoon concludes with a classic Christmas feast enhanced by saxophone.

The following day provides opportunities for spa and fitness activities, aesthetic treatments and a five-course formal dinner.

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne, a prominent Sussex establishment often referred to as the White Palace, is arranging a four-night stay programme beginning December 23.

The celebration commences with afternoon refreshments and performances, followed by a welcome dinner featuring live musical entertainment.

Christmas Eve encompasses a guided session sampling sparkling vintages from Sussex vineyards, a themed midday meal and a general knowledge challenge.

A choral group from the local parish delivers traditional carol selections throughout the evening, preceding a three-course holiday dinner.

Christmas Day comprises a substantial midday spread, piano performances in the afternoon and an elegant four-course evening banquet.

Boxing Day offers a morning outdoor concert, a British-themed buffet lunch and activities suitable for families.

Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club in East Sussex provides either three or four-night residential packages commencing December 23 or 24.

Visitors may tour the grounds or make use of the spa facilities, with dinner service at the Anderida Restaurant on the opening evening.

Christmas Eve features afternoon refreshments, sparkling wine, canapes and carol singing before dinner in the same venue.

The holiday itself presents an extensive buffet selection, an estate-based treasure trail and a four-course dinner.

Boxing Day encompasses clay pigeon shooting, archery, falconry demonstrations and a family competition, concluding with a refined evening meal and entertainment.

A gambling-styled evening activity rounds out the programme.
