A dessert restaurant chain is launching its latest outlet in Crawley this weekend, with complimentary beverages and half-price menu selections available during the inaugural period.
Heavenly, which previously operated under the name Heavenly Desserts, will commence operations on Saturday at Crawley Leisure Park on London Road, representing the brand’s 63rd UK establishment.
The initial 100 patrons arriving from 10am on opening day will receive complimentary coffee.
Throughout Saturday and Sunday, a selection of desserts and brunch items will be offered at a 50% reduction.
The venue’s menu encompasses desserts, brunch fare and beverages.
Signature offerings include crepes, milk cakes, gelato and the Croffle—a hybrid pastry combining croissant and waffle elements—which ranks among the most popular choices.
Dessert tapas also feature on the menu.
Brunch selections comprise Masala Toast, Egg & Beans, Chorizo Harsh Briche and Croffle Benedict.
Beverage options span teas, coffees and hot chocolate, alongside speciality drinks including a Hot Saffron Latte.
Shivam Patel, the Crawley franchisee, expressed enthusiasm about establishing Heavenly in the town, describing it as a significant personal undertaking.
Approximately £450,000 has been invested in developing the new store.
Patel noted that Crawley represents the inaugural Heavenly location to open following the brand’s recent rebranding, presenting an opportunity to introduce the updated appearance and customer experience to the area.
The venture will generate approximately 15 local employment positions.
Muhammad Imran, Heavenly’s chief executive, stated that Crawley had been under consideration for expansion for some time.
Selecting the town for the 63rd UK restaurant opening was viewed as an opportunity to reveal the chain’s new appearance and ethos.
Imran indicated that the company had been eyeing the town for development and sought to make the launch distinctive, with Crawley receiving special opening weekend incentives.
