A casino company wants to move its gambling licence to a different location.
London Clubs Brighton Limited has filed a request with Brighton & Hove City Council, seeking approval to modify a Converted Casino Premises Licence. The current licence is held for the Rendezvous Casino at Brighton Marina, and the company wishes to transfer and attach the Premises Licence to premises located at 6 St Georges Road, Brighton.

This transfer is being pursued pursuant to section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005.
Residents and businesses have until May 19 to provide their comments in writing.
Objections may be submitted by any individual who resides near enough to the establishment to potentially experience impacts from the authorized activities, possesses business interests that could be affected, or acts as a representative for persons in either of these groups.
The notice also warns that supplying false or inaccurate information to a licensing authority without reasonable justification constitutes a criminal offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005.
