Mr Kennedy brings industry experience from architectural ironmongery firms Franchi and Allgood.
His role marks the company’s first dedicated position focused on engaging the architect and design sector.
Mr Thomas joins the team with more than two decades of experience in commercial operations, estimating and delivery within construction and specialist manufacturing.
He will lead the internal sales and estimating teams across the UK.
His appointment supports the company’s expansion into the Midlands and the North of England, including the growth of its commercial team based in Birmingham.
Will Hunnam, managing director at Forza Doors, said: “Our new hires in Sussex and Birmingham will help us build deeper relationships with the architecture and design community, strengthen our commercial pipeline and support our expansion across the Midlands and the North.
“Anthony’s extensive experience in architectural ironmongery means we can engage with specifiers at the earliest stages of design and ensure compliance is built in from the outset, while Ricky will be pivotal in building high-performing teams that drive exceptional customer service.
“Combined with our refreshed brand and ongoing investment in our people and technical capability, this expansion reinforces our position as a manufacturer and employer of choice.”
Founded in 2010, Forza Doors has grown from 12 to more than 240 employees and has built a reputation for fire safety, technical expertise and production efficiency.
In the past financial year, the company recorded a 14 per cent increase in annual revenue and made significant investments in future growth.
The firm also completed a brand refresh aimed at strengthening its position with architects, contractors and developers.
